Hin und wieder sind darunter sogar Taubenschw\u00e4nzchen (<i>Macroglossum stellatarum)<\/i> zu beobachten, die wie Kolibris vor den Bl\u00fcten in der Luft stehen und mit ihren langen R\u00fcsseln den Nektar trinken.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es ist eine Herausforderung die schnell von Bl\u00fcte zu Bl\u00fcte huschenden Falter fotografisch festzuhalten. Endlich ist es mir gelungen und ich m\u00f6chte die Bilder dieser beeindruckenden Insekten gerne mit Ihnen teilen.<\/p>\n<p>Taubenschw\u00e4nzchen sind ausgesprochener Wanderfalter, die im Sommer in den Norden bis nach Skandinavien und Russland vordringen und im Winter bis in tropische Regionen Asiens und Afrikas wandern. Dabei legen sie hunderte Kilometer in nur wenigen Tagen zur\u00fcck. Insbesondere in warmen Sommern wie diesem sind sie dann immer wieder bei der Suche nach Nektar zu finden. Diesen nehmen sie mit ihren langen Saugr\u00fcsseln auf, w\u00e4hrend sie im charakteristischen Schwirrflug wie ein Kolobri vor den Bl\u00fcten in der Luft stehen. Da sie auf Grund ihres besonderen Flugverhaltens einen sehr hohen Energieverbrauch haben, m\u00fcssen sie immer wieder solche Stopps einlegen, um aufzutanken. Am Tag trinken sie dabei an hunderten bis tausenden Bl\u00fcten.
