Jetzt, da es mir wieder etwas besser geht, ging ich heute fr\u00fch zum Nordstrand um diese Pflanze zu suchen und mit dem GPS einzumessen. In relativ kurzer Zeit schrumpften die Best\u00e4nde zusammen, bis sie heute nahezu aus der heimischen D\u00fcnenlandschaft verschwunden ist.<br \/>\nIn der Literatur l\u00e4sst sich ein witziger Fakt finden: Die Stranddistel ist gar keine Distel! Der Name ist irref\u00fchrend und wohl durch die \u201edistelf\u00f6rmigen\u201c Bl\u00e4tter entstanden.
